Nutrition Counseling

for Individuals

Initial intake session (90-120 min)  $200

Your initial intake session is all about you. We will review your medical history, talk through your goals, and explore the support you’re seeking. Afterward, I take time to assess your nutrition, your needs, and research specific, individualized approaches. Our next sessions will be truly tailored to you!

Continued care session (45-60 min)  $150

Continued care sessions are focused on support, reflection, and adjustment. We’ll review how you’re feeling, what’s working, and what needs to change as we collaboratively refine your protocol so it continues to fit your life.

Other Offerings

Meal Support (30 min)  $55

Virtual meal support offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to practice eating with someone by your side. Sessions provide encouragement, accountability, and companionship, helping you feel more supported through challenging eating experiences.

Meal support is a standalone service and is not Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) or nutrition counseling. It is designed to complement the care you are already receiving from your treatment team.

In-home cooking session starting at $275

Personalized in-home cooking sessions are a hands-on opportunity for your child to engage with food in a supportive environment. Your child chooses a recipe from a curated list, I bring the ingredients, and together we prepare a meal your whole family can enjoy—cleanup included!

Balanced bites workshop (60 min)  $40

Designed to support positive food experiences, this monthly hands-on workshop invites children to explore foods through taste, texture, and language. By expanding vocabulary and encouraging curiosity, children gain confidence and feel more in control of their eating experiences.

Cooking workshop (120 min)  $80

These quarterly hands-on workshops help children develop kitchen skills and independence while learning to prepare nourishing meals. These skills support confidence in the kitchen and openness to trying new foods. Includes a recipe booklet so they can keep practicing at home!

Nutrition Counseling

for Families

Parent intake session (90-120 min)  $200

The initial intake session is about getting to know your child, your family, and your story. We will review your child’s medical history, discuss goals, and explore the support you’re looking for. Afterward, I take time to assess eating habits and research individualized approaches so our next session is truly tailored to your child and family.

Parent session (45-60 min)  $150

Ongoing parent sessions are a space to reflect, problem-solve, and adapt. We will discuss how things are feeling at home, explore possible interventions, and make adjustments as needed. Each approach is flexible and evolves based on your child’s unique nutrition needs and your family’s day-to-day reality.

Child session under 13 years (30 min)  $125

These in-person sessions are tailored to your child’s individual needs, preferences, and comfort level. Using interactive activities, we explore food in a way that supports curiosity and confidence in a low-pressure environment. Parents receive a summary and outlined next steps during the following parent session.
